Womb Rebirth Journey: Return Home to Yourself

You may feel like you have lost yourself but you've actually been buried in survival, in silence, & in the weight of everything your womb has been holding. The woman you've been searching for has been waiting patiently for you to come home to her. The Womb Rebirth Journey is a 9-month 1:1 container for the woman who is ready to journey into her womb space to transform & rebirth her mind, body, spirit, & heart. A rebirth takes nine months as it is the full gestation of a new life, a new relationship with the body, a new relationship with yourself, & new relationship with your womb. This journey cannot be rushed as every month builds on the one before it. Every practice, every ceremony, every ritual is part of a unfolding that cannot happen any other way than slowly, deeply, & with full presence.

Women come to the Womb Rebirth Journey carrying many things. Sexual harm that was never given the space it deserved. Pregnancy loss that was managed rather than mourned. The mother wound which is the particular grief of a woman who did not receive the mothering her body needed & whose womb has been carrying that absence ever since. Domestic violence & the body that learned to brace & never fully unlearned it. Ancestral wounds passed forward through the maternal line from women who could not heal what they carried. Physical womb conditions such as fibroids, endometriosis, & painful or missing cycles whose spiritual roots have never been addressed. These are considered womb wounds & creates a disconnection from the womb & the self versus being in relationship with her. Whatever the womb is carrying, the journey meets it because the womb holds it all & the womb can release it all.

The Journey Includes: 

Bi-weekly 1:1 sessions held with full spiritual preparation & complete presence

Weekly ritual practices that consist of sweetening baths

Between-session support available by monthly consultations, voice note & message, because the work does not pause between calls

Bi-Weekly journal prompts & womb activities

Sacred ceremonies are woven into the journey based entirely on each woman's personal needs. Every woman's healing has its own map, & the ceremonies that are right for you whether that is a grief ceremony, an ancestral clearing, baby release ceremony, spiritual baths, spiritual headwash, or a closing of the bones ceremony are determined by what your womb is asking for. Nothing is prescribed in advance as everything is held in response to you.

The woman who completes nine months of this work does not return to who she was before because she has given birth to her new self. Your voice returns along with your creative power. Your relationship with her own body & womb shifts from management to devotion. You can clearly hear your intuition & follows the guidance. Each Month We Will Move Through the Following

 Month One: Arrival & Altar Commitment - Before anything can be healed it must first be found. This is the month you stop running & turns toward yourself for the first time.

Month Two: Patterns, Roots, & Body Mapping -  Your patterns, wounds, & body have been drawing you a map your whole life. This is the month you finally stop & read it. 

Month Three: Wounds & Imprints - Some of what has been living in your garden was never invited. This is the month you learn to call it what it is & stop feeding what has been draining you. 

Month Four: Going to the Root - Surface work only grows back. This is the month you stop trimming & goes all the way down to where it actually began.

Month Five: Learning to Receive- A woman who has spent her life surviving has almost forgotten how to be fed. This is the month the soil rests & the you learn that receiving is not weakness it is medicine.

Month Six: Replanting Beliefs- You begin to plant seeds from the deep, clear knowing of a woman who has done the releasing & trusts what you now know.

Month Seven: Embodiment & Devotion- The work officially becomes who you are.

Month Eight: Lineage & Generational Healing- What heals in you heals backward through every woman who came before you & forward through every woman who will come after. This is the month you understand that you were never only healing yourself.

Month Nine: Rebirth & Closing Ceremony- You walk out of the garden as the woman who arrived in Month One would not yet recognize but would already love.
