Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping days are every Friday and Saturday

Packages that are marked “returned to sender" will be refunded and the shipping cost will be deducted from this refund. 

We are not responsible for packages that have incorrect, incomplete or insufficient addresses provided to us by the customer during check out. 

Packages marked "delivered" or "abandoned" are not eligible for refund nor replacement. 

Annette's Apothecary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In this circumstance, you must file a claim with the courier directly.

*We accept exchanges for products damaged in transit or for incorrect items shipped. In these circumstances, we must be notified by email at annettesapothecary3@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. 

**Unopened domestic packages marked 'Return To Sender' will be refunded, with the cost of shipping deducted from the refund. International packages refused at customs will not be refunded.
